Shabeer Sinnalebbe

Chief Executive Officer

Shabeer Sinnalebbe has extensive global leadership experience in scaling a highly successful Virtual Reality entertainment platform business from start-up to exit, and has made a profound impact in the VR Industry achieving many important industry firsts such as establishing one of the world's first VR arcade centers in Los Angeles in 2016. He then went on to co-found SynthesisVR, one of the largest VR out of home entertainment marketplace for games, educational and training experiences worldwide. Synthesis has over 400 VR arcades globally and a market of over 375 VR games and content with over 20M player minutes.

ADRIAN DUKE

Chief Design Officer

Adrian Duke got his start into the world of automation and amusement park design with Skyturtle Technologies, a world-record building waterslide firm with 16 patents pending. A recipient of the 2015 BCBusiness Top 30 under 30 award, he has to his credit the world record-breaking waterslide called "Sky Caliber", the world's first vertically looping freefall waterslide, and has already sold to a number of waterparks in the United States.

With his extensive experience managing large scale builds both onsite and remotely, Adrian executes flawlessly when it comes to implementation of custom designs and technology.

JEFF JANG

Head of Marketing

Jeff Jang is a designer and entrepreneur with a portfolio of work for popular television series Continuum, Heartland, La Franchise and movie Spy Kids 4, as well as a recipient of the 2015 BCBusiness Top 30 under 30 award. At V2 Games he was Art Director for a number of projects, including the popular Pac-Man Bounce which has seen over 10M downloads globally and the arena MOBA Beast Brawlers. His background in digital entertainment in content and gaming are instrumental to the magic at XR Immersive Tech.

With an uncompromising perspective for detail and aesthetics, Jeff is relentless in 'leaving no stone unturned' when it comes to bringing a vision to reality in all aspects.
