We worked with Smith & Nephew, a British multinational medical equipment manufacturing company headquartered in London, United Kingdom to help them with their their 2019 National Sales Conference in Gaylord, Texas. As sales training is a huge part of this conference, they wanted to take their existing sales training materials and turn it into an interactive experience.

Working directly with their team of product managers and surgeons, we took their training materials and crafted a narrative about a fictional hospital that wanted to test each team’s product knowledge to decide on a vendor.

Our role covered the entire scope of the project, from game design, fabrication, operations training and support.
